four points is my favorite place to stay! the proximity to the airport is super convenient. i love having tim hortons and starbucks nearby. the indoor pool was a highlight for my family, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

After a long flight, I was thrilled to find a clean room and a cozy heated pool awaiting me. The jacuzzi was a fantastic way to unwind, and I really enjoyed my breakfast even if it was a bit basic. Just a heads up, the water pressure in the shower could be better, but it didn't ruin my stay at all! 😊

The shuttle service was impressively quick, rarely taking more than 5 minutes.

The HVAC repairs resulted in constant noise, quite distracting during the stay.

The room was very comfortable with cozy beds and great pillows. It was quiet, which made for a nice sleep after all the travel. We had a view of the parking lot but could see some nice hills behind, which added a pleasant touch. Super close to the airport, so it was really convenient for us. Everything was clean and tidy, which is always a plus!

The hotel's peaceful atmosphere was perfect for our family, especially with babies. We truly enjoyed the heated pool and the outdoor areas for relaxing while the kids played. The close proximity to the airport made our travel plans seamless, which was a huge relief.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options could use some improvement for families. A bit more variety would have made our mornings less hectic.

The stay was convenient for our early flight, and we appreciated the spacious clean rooms. However, the bathroom sink was clogged, which was disappointing. The staff were not very helpful regarding breakfast inclusion, and even though I booked a rate that included breakfast, it felt misleading when we only received a limited voucher. Overall, the hotel is nice but needs improvement in service.
